Creation of the website and search engine for this real estate company
LVTiC is a company specialized in real estate. It is present in the six cantons of French-speaking Switzerland. The company’s main mission is to provide services such as strategic advice, the estimation and marketing of space for rent or sale, the valuation of assets and the development of industrial wasteland.
The Habefast teams had the pleasure to accompany this company in the redesign of their website and in the development of functionalities specific to the real estate universe.
An ergonomic website to underline professionalism
Habefast web-designers and web-developers worked on the redesign of this website with a focus on the quality of the user experience. It was important for LVTiC to create a website consistent with its visual identity, so a global reflection was conducted to keep the existing logo while creating a graphic universe that would highlight the references and achievements of the company.
Simplified navigation for a quick search
For the user experience part, we decided, thanks to the intervention of our UX Designer, to work on a clean and efficient web design that makes it easy to find the desired information. Our web-developers have integrated a real estate search engine. Thus, the search is facilitated thanks to filters allowing to find more quickly a real estate in adequacy with the research of the visitors.
