Setting up tools and supports
Following the audit, a new Careers section was developed to better highlight the professional opportunities offered by VMCV. We also redesigned the internal signage to reflect the company’s values and mission within shared and high-traffic areas.
To strengthen this approach, our teams carried out photo and video shoots. This content supports VMCV’s editorial strategy and helps convey an authentic image of the company culture.





HR content and internal process optimization
We also supported VMCV in enhancing the visibility of their job offers and in optimizing their Careers page. The objective: to attract qualified candidates aligned with the specific roles offered, in order to build a strong talent pool.
Finally, work was initiated on certain internal processes, particularly to facilitate the flow of information and suggestions from employees, in a continuous improvement approach.
