A strategy consulting mission carried out with passion
Neo technologies is an example of a project in which we have been able to bring added value in a general way thanks to our different business lines. We first carried out an immersion and a global audit of the communication tools and supports used by the company. This audit also allowed us to conduct an analysis of the digital ecosystem of neo technologies in order to identify the different levers that could be active to boost neo’s visibility and amplify its growth potential.
We then made various strategic suggestions for the development of the company’s visibility, the improvement of its communication supports as well as its digital presence.
A comprehensive and ambitious action plan to enhance the value of neo expertise
We have also created a diversified project team to carry out various missions (strategy consultants, marketing and communication project managers, web designers, SEO experts, photographers, videographers and employer brand specialists). Our scope of intervention has led us to achieve the following: strategic analysis of the company, SEO study and identification of different levers to improve the company’s visibility on search engines, creation of a new graphic universe around the current logo and declination on the webdesign of the site, definition and work on the user experience (UX), creation of contents and development of the new website of the company, which has also experienced a significant increase in referencing on very qualifying terms following its launch, production of a series of photos of the premises and teams and production of various videos to present certain business lines, convey neo expertise and/or disseminate the company’s values.
But also the creation of a career space in order to promote the company’s employer brand, to share experiences and to structure the application process. We also set up different visibility campaigns on LinkedIn to develop the company’s notoriety and make it visible to candidates or potential clients, implementation of different tools and performance indicators to monitor the evolution of the company’s visibility over time and its digital presence on its important theme for the development of its business, creation of personalized templates and Powerpoint masks and realization of transition animations to allow the company to have a quality communication support that is easy to update by internal teams.
This dynamic momentum has been welcomed by the company’s various partners. The consequent improvements in the referencing of the site also made it possible to introduce the company to new customers.
